Anglican Deaconess Ministries have 130 years of history of providing services to training and equipping of women for ministry within Anglican Church.

The design was developed in collaboration with Megan Morton, and the concept originated with the slogan "flourishing" as people flourishing in the love of Jesus.

ADM requests a multi-functional gathering space for training, studying, learning, and sharing with the library and the staff workspace. The project was completed in 2 stages.

The overall concept tells the story of the Christian women serving and teaching people to know and grow in Christ. The foundation of learning comes from knowledge through books and sharing between fellowships. 30% of the space is allocated to a library of Christian books, and 40% of the area caters to learning and gathering functions.

The reception desk is constructed with old Christian books expressing the wealth of Christian learning and knowledge. Reminiscing over the old-style kitchen became one of the favorite spaces to share and pray for women's fellowship.
