Modification of the approved DA for two story cafe.

After project commencement, the client engaged us to modify the pre-approved DA/CC with a new design brief.

Changes were made to the internal stairway for ease of access and visual connection from the entry point to the 1st level.

Re-position and plan the front open kitchen as well as the back heavy cooking kitchen.

Re-selected all finishes, furniture, and fittings.

Changed the layout and look and feel from segregated individual pocket of areas to open plan and balconies with the full height bifold doors.

We managed external consultants to construction coordination all the way to obtaining the OC for client.
